Whiplash assessment questionnaire results

The results from your WhipPredict tell us that you should recover well from your whiplash injury.

We expect that you will steadily recover within a few weeks. You may need some advice from Health Care Professional, but it is unlikely you’ll need more than 3 to 4 visits.

It’s important to help your recovery by staying active and doing your head and neck exercises. You can find these on the Whiplash info and exercises pages.

Whiplash assessment questionnaire results

No whiplash injury is the same as another. People recover at different rates.

The results from your WhipPredict tell us that you may need some extra care during your recovery.

If you find you are not improving with current care, you may benefit from additional/specialised treatment from an expert in whiplash care (a whiplash specialist).

We recommend you consult your primary health care professional regarding this and other options.

If referred, the specialist will work with you and your primary HCP to review your progress and recommend extra treatment.

In the meantime, it’s very important to help your recovery by staying active and doing your head and neck exercises.
