Recovery from whiplash

People recover at different rates. To find out more about your recovery, complete the Whiplash Assessment Questionnaire (WhipPredict). If you share the results with your physiotherapist, GP or other healthcare professional, they can tailor treatment to suit you.

You can complete the Whiplash Assessment Questionnaire (WhipPredict) online and email* the results to your nominated healthcare professional to guide your treatment. Alternatively, you can print it out and take it with you to your next appointment.

*some primary healthcare professionals may like you to check with them before sending this by email

Whiplash ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

The Whiplash Assessment Questionnaire (WhipPredict) helps guide recovery after whiplash. It asks some simple questions about your injury and how you are managing with everyday activities, such as working, driving and sleeping. It will take about 10 minutes or less to complete.

You should complete the Whiplash Assessment Questionnaire (WhipPredict) as soon as you can after your injury.

This questionnaire is designed to help you and your nominated healthcare professional understand more about your whiplash injury and how much your neck pain has affected your ability to manage everyday activities. This will allow you both to discuss your recovery and next steps.

Please answer each question by clicking on ONE CHOICE that most applies to you. We realise that you may feel that more than one statement may relate to you but please click on the choice which most closely describes your situation right now.
